Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-5 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 5:00 PM or during weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Costs

Delivery charges are calculated based on the size of the order and delivery location.

Missed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier may leave a card with instructions for rearranging delivery or collecting your parcel from a local depot.

House of Fash is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer
• Missed delivery attempts
• Courier service disruptions
• Severe weather or other circumstances beyond our control

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@houseoffash.uk and we will investigate with the courier.
